The perfect chassis setup for significantly more driving dynamics

If you've already made some initial performance modifications to your sporty road car, the KW V3 makes it easy to incorporate these into your damper setup. The patented KW valve technology for separate adjustment of the rebound and compression damping allows you to customize KW's vehicle-specific basic setup. For example, the KW bottom valve, which can be adjusted in twelve clicks in the low-speed compression damping range, gives you the flexibility to even consider the tire characteristics of your high- and ultra-high-performance road tires when tuning the suspension.
Thanks to the patented compression adjustment at the lower end of the piston in the stainless steel housing, you don't even need any tools. The adjustable compression adjustment, with its twelve precise clicks, allows you to manually influence body roll and sway without having to adjust the rebound damping, which is optimally matched to the spring rate.
With the individually adjustable rebound damping of the KW V3, you can directly influence handling and comfort through precise click adjustment. Depending on the vehicle type, the rebound valves of the KW twin-tube dampers are adjusted at the top of the piston rod using an integrated adjustment wheel or the included slip-on adjustment wheel.
By increasing the traction force using the adjustment wheel, you reduce body movement. This makes your car more stable and provides even more stability when cornering at higher speeds. For example, if you switch from your car manufacturer's approved wheel/tire combinations to larger rims, you can use the KW V3 to perfectly match the handling of your car and your new alloy wheels.

Even during production, the KW V3 undergoes extensive quality testing, and every single damper is inspected. This is the only way we can live up to our claim of offering a warranty of up to five years when a KW V3 coilover suspension is installed by a KW dealer. Thanks to the delicate craftsmanship and the use of high-quality components, the KW stainless steel coilover struts, for example, are 100 percent rust-proof and have an unlimited service life.
This ensures that the stepless lowering via the dirt-resistant KW trapezoidal thread and the KW polyamide threaded ring remains functional even after years of use. The customized lowering with its stepless adjustment range also allows you to visually emphasize the sportiness of your vehicle.
